Whether you already have a clear vision or you’re not quite sure yet, this is simply about understanding what matters most to you both, so we can start creating a ceremony that feels genuine, meaningful, and unmistakably yours.

You’ll receive a thoughtfully designed questionnaire that helps me get to know you both more deeply, your story, your values, the moments that have shaped you, and what matters most as you step into this next chapter together. From there, I’ll begin crafting your ceremony, and we’ll work together through a shared document so you can read, reflect, and make changes along the way. It’s a collaborative process, gently refined until it feels honest, personal and true to you both. At this stage a 30% deposit is due.
The Legal Bits
One month Out

About a month before your wedding, it’s time to sort the legal side of things. You’ll need to apply for your marriage licence, don’t worry, I’ll be there to remind you and guide you through every step. It’s a small but important part of the journey, and it just needs to be completed at least three working days before your ceremony so everything is ready for your big day.
Final Touches
2-3 Weeks Out
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll reconnect to walk through the ceremony one last time. We’ll confirm all the details and make sure everything feels exactly as you imagined. This is your chance to make any final tweaks, and my chance to make sure every little thing is ready so your ceremony flows smoothly. At this stage, the remaining balance of your fee is due, keeping everything neat and settled before the big day.
Rehearsal
& Ready

The day before your wedding, we can gather your key people for a relaxed run-through of the ceremony. It’s a chance to practice the flow, know where to stand, and feel confident about each step. Rehearsing together helps calm nerves, smooth out any little questions, and sets the tone for a day that feels calm, joyful, and full of love.
The Big Day
You soak it in, I'll handle the rest
The big day is here, a day you’ll remember forever. You get to soak in every glance, every laugh, every quiet heartbeat, while I take care of everything behind the scenes. I’ll gently guide your guests through any special wishes, from phones to photos, then deliver your ceremony exactly as we’ve dreamed it. Afterwards, I’ll handle the paperwork, leave you with your signed certificate, and make sure everything is lodged officially. And if I’m also your MC, I’ll help the celebration flow effortlessly, so you can simply be present, surrounded by love, and bask in every magical moment of your day.
